This is my 2 cent as a customer and IT professional that gives our referrals to vendors like you guys. How would someone like me or another customer get to business support as their no option for this when calling or talking to chat support. Their only one number listed on your site for support really. I had issues in the past where efax messages weren't being delivered to your system and support was extremely unhelpful and we never solved it when we first signed up (same customer as the one from my original post). My first experience with support would have literally tell me never to use you guys again and telling my future clients "stay away from ". Question is how do others get the same kind of support level I did without having to jump through hoops and over ladders to get some decent help. Thank you for your help with getting me into contact with the other level of support but your company needs to look into your consumer support team and see why they are acting or responding to people with these dumb answers. Honestly David, I am surprise by not my experience but also seeing this person experience.

I installed efax messenger on a new Windows 10 Pro machine without a issue so it is supported at least for me. The support people you talked to were probably the same idiotic lazy team as the ones I talked to originally.ĭavid got me redirected to some business support team that knew at least the issue I had and was actually willing to help unlike the number on their site.
